DIY Brass Rail Gallery Shelf
We are in completely love with this new project, the DIY Brass Rail Gallery Shelf.
Have you been seeing this look all over the place lately? Especially in kitchens – a new look for open shelving. The brass rail against the stained wood shelf is so beautiful.
What you need to make this brass rail gallery shelf
We found a wonderful site that sells the vintage inspired brass hardware. You need a brass rod, center point and corner posts. You can also find this type of hardware on Etsy.
You will also need a cordless drill and shelf brackets. We are smitten with the brass shelf brackets we found. They are absolutely gorgeous.
This style of shelving is perfect for a spot in the kitchen, bathroom or bedroom. A pair of these shelves would look terrific, don’t you think? We opted for a darker stain on the wood shelf to really make the brass pop.
We definitely have a thing for making shelves. See below for more ideas!
