Want to know our secret ingredient for beautiful DIY Easter Eggs? Mod Podge! Check out a few of our favorite ways to make gorgeous decorative eggs for Easter.
We love to use Mod Podge to adhere material to Easter eggs. Mostly we like to use craft faux eggs. But you can also use blown out eggs. These pretty floral eggs are made from fabric! You can find the full tutorial over on Southernliving.com.
We also made beautiful blue and white patterned eggs that you can find here. Don’t they look like chinoiserie patterns?! These will be a timeless Easter decoration, don’t you think? We used paper napkins with the chinoiserie pattern – flowers and even some birds. You know we love the blue and white decor for every holiday!
What is Mod Podge?
Mod Podge is a medium used for decoupage crafting. It is a glue. It is a sealer. It is a finishing product. Mostly used to glue and seal a material onto another material. We love to use it for adhering fabric, tissue paper, paper and more to wood, ceramics and Easter eggs!
