DIY Free Printable Desk Calendar

Updated for 2018! This free printable calendar makes the perfect gift. We love this project because it involves using your favorite pics from Instagram. What a perfect way to celebrate the year. Print out this DIY free printable desk calendar template and create a desktop calendar with your own square Instagram pics. It makes the perfect gift and is such a great way to showcase some of your favorite memories. Another idea we love is to let your child’s artwork be the focal point for each month. You kinda can’t go wrong! You can even do your own artwork on each month, try some watercolor or use pretty pastels. I love gorgeous papers, too. You can cut squares and glue those on as well. Really, the ways to personalize this calendar are limitless.

Supplies and Instructions:

All you need for this project are six pages of white card stock to print the calendar on, a ruler, pair of scissors and some photo prints or artwork.

1. Download the Free Printable Desk Calendar 2018. Print and cut in half.

2. Glue your images on the calendar. I laid out my images as 4×4 inch squares using a graphic design program. You can lay them out using Pic Monkey and print them. Or order your Instagram prints online. You can use washi tape on top of the print for more color if you’d like.

3. I like to put my calendar on a wooden easel. If you want to hang this on the wall you can punch holes on the top center of each page. Then tie them together with bakers twine or ribbon to hang.
