– 3 Cups cauliflower florets
– 4 Tbsp tahini
– 3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
– 1 Tbsp water
– 1 Garlic clove
– Juice from ½ lemon
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Pinch of ground cumin
– Garlic salt, chopped
parsley and roasted cauliflower to garnish
You will first roast the cauliflower at 400 degrees for about 15-18 minutes.
Then add the rest of ingredients to food processor and blend.
