DIY – Watercolor love print with kids

Alex and I celebrated our eight year wedding anniversary this week. So I wanted to make him something special with Calla’s help. I love making special gifts for loved ones with kids. It’s meaningful and helps them be a part of a special occasion. She wanted to paint a heart for her daddy after looking through our wedding pictures. And of course, the most appropriate word to write on it – LOVE.

This is a simple project to do with children of all ages. After it’s dried, put it in a frame and you’ve created a new family heirloom. And happy anniversary, babe.
