A Little Bit of Everything
We’re home from Kauia and what a trip it was! We had no idea we’d be there for a historic storm that caused major flooding in the towns of Hanalei and Haena. It rained 28 inches in 24 hours – a record. We stayed safe, but it was definitely an intense storm and many people lost their homes. There’s an auction on instagram, We Love Hanalei, that has hundreds of items to bid on with all the money going to support the towns on the North Shore that need help. The auction ends on April 30.
The pic above is of some pretty boards outside of our favorite shave ice spot in Hanalei, the Wishing Well. They have their own clothing line, Slow Yourself Down.
