How to make an upholstered headboard
Use a plywood base, a foam padding, batting and fabric. A good staple gun is key. To keep your fabric cost down try using a curtain panel. When I looked for linen fabric at my local fabric store, the cost was going to put me way over budget. Then I found this curtain panel at Target and knew it would be absolutely perfect. It is a linen blend which will be ore durable over time.
