Protein Pumpkin Spice Pancakes recipe

How to make Protein Pumpkin Spice Pancakes
Ingredients
- 2 bananas
- 2 eggs (or egg whites if you prefer)
- 1 C greek yogurt (can use plain or vanilla)
- 1/2 C Premier Protein Pumpkin Spice Shake
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 C flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon and a dash of nutmeg
You can even add extra protein by adding a bit of protein powder to the mix. Totally up to you! This recipe has extra protein from the shake as well as the greek yogurt.
In a mixing bowl, combine mashed bananas, eggs, greek yogurt, protein shake, and vanilla.
In another bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, cinnamon and nutmeg. Then add wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and combine.
Cook Pumpkin Pancakes in a heated skillet. Enjoy with maple syrup.
