How to make white chocolate bunny ears
1. Melt the white chocolate in the microwave, ten seconds at a time until completely melted. Take out small amount and put in separate bowl. Mix in a tiny bit of red or pink food coloring for the middle of the ears.
2. Line a cookie sheet with wax paper. Use a small spoon or knife and spread out white chocolate in an ear shape on the wax paper. I used a small knife to set my design, but you could also use a piping bag. Then use a small piping bag (or ziploc with tiny hole at end) to pipe on the pink to create the middle of the ear.
3. Freeze chocolate bunny ears in the freezer for five to ten minutes. Remove from freezer and pull ears off with knife. Stick the ears into the frosted cupcakes and serve immediately.

These are so stinkin’ adorable!
Ohhhhhhh these are the cutest!!! I’m not sure mine would actually make it to the cupcakes though, I love white chocolate! 😛
